Canelo Alverez replied to Oscar De La Hoya’s comments made at the final press conference of Alvarez vs. Munguia in Las Vegas on Wednesday. De La Hoya slammed Alvarez, who was in Las Vegas to support Munguia.
De La Hoya promoted Alvarez in the past, but they are now bitter enemies. Alvarez accused De La Hoya of stealing his fighters’ money in a profanity laced response after their heated press conference.
Alvarez first replied in Spanish, but as the interpreter tried to translate his remarks, Alvarez started speaking to make sure they were understood correctly.
